  My fiancé and I went to Alan Rocca to design and purchase my engagement ring. We worked with Alicia and Alan for a few weeks and I can't say enough how wonderful they made the entire process. From beginning to end, they guided us through every single step, making the process so comfortable and approachable. We were at ease and had so much fun talking through it all, especially since we walked in the door the first day not knowing what we wanted or really what we were looking for. They couldn't have helped us more and I am speechless with the final product. I am absolutely in love with the ring and really can't express how wonderful the entire process was with Alan, Alicia, and the rest of the team. We are actually going in tomorrow to see them! Customer service like no other. You can't go wrong with Alan Rocca, they are simply the best.
