  DON’T GET YOUR BATTERY REPLACED IN YOUR IPHONE because your phone will never be the same. I brought my iPhone 6s Plus in for a battery replacement since my battery life has significantly reduced, and I didn’t want to upgrade to a new iPhone considering the new iPhones don’t have a 3.5mm headphone port. I need my headphone port especially since Bluetooth technology isn’t as reliable. Anyway I brought in my phone, paid the fee, was on my way and then realized a ton of issues. Keep in mind I brought in a device that was in mint condition. It came out from the battery replacement being far from that. To replace the battery they have to pop out the screen, doing so means that your screen will never sit flush again to the body. My iPhone body is not only bent but the screen sticks out on one side and there are light leaks all along that side. In addition to that my camera takes an immense amount of time to load up or the screen just remains black. My service is also worse than ever before - constantly dropping in and out. Sure my battery life is better, but besides that everything is worse. I went back to the Apple store and they said all of these issues are inevitable and besides resetting my device there is nothing you can do. Overall I do not recommend replacing your battery. Instead spend the money on a portable battery pack, or battery case if you want to stick with your old device. Really disappointed with how this whole situation turned out. Only giving them two stars because the customer service was still good.
