  called before our 40min drive to make reservation. Lady answered said no reservation needed since they were slow and we will be fine. We get there with our two kids (5month old and 3yr old), and they say do you have a reservation. Restaurant had good amount of empty tables, so I was real confused. I tell the lady I called less than 40min ago and they said no need for reservation, didn't care to apologize said wait time is 1hr and 15min. I still cant believe how stone cold she was. like it was my Fault. Maybe they didn't want a family with two kids under 3 its all I can guess. didn't seem right.

  The word spectacular does not begin to describe our waiter Orlan! We have always enjoyed Wildfire as our family’s “special occasion restaurant” and our most recent Easter visit was put over the top by his enchanting charisma and attentive service. The bread basket includes heavenly corn bread and the steaks here are not to be missed. Make a reservation in advance and plan time to find parking and you will no doubt have a lovely evening!

  THIS place. So happy a colleague and I decided to try this place out for dinner one evening. I had no idea it was a chain, as I have never heard of it and we don't have them where I am. We were seated in a back quiet area, and from the time were sat down I gotta say -- service was spectacular. The perfect amount of attention from start to finish.
  
  In terms of the food, everything that I tried was delicious. I started with the French Onion soup (thank you Yelpers) cup and it was as good as everyone yelped it would be. Between that and the bread basket they serve you, I was kinda full. The bread basket had the most amazing corn bread in it (oh and I do NOT like corn break generally speaking) as well as these onion rolls. I seriously could have just eaten bread all night. My colleague got the Planked Salmon and he loved it. I got the House Salad Bowl with chicken... yeah I know sounds boring but it was SO good and HUGE. We also ordered to shareable sides -- Au Gratin Potatoes and Balsamic roasted veggies. I kid you not, I could have just eaten the plate of veggies they were so flavorful.
  
  For dessert we squeezed in this cookie with ice cream on top. It was worth feeling like I could roll right out of there.
